Shipping

We ship from Denmark to 27 countries across the EU and EEA. Here's what to expect on cost, timing, and tracking.

Delivery times are estimates from the day your order is dispatched. They depend on the carrier and your local postal service, and may be a little longer during peak season (Black Week, December, and around public holidays).

We currently ship to: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

Order processing

Orders placed before 14:00 CET on a business day are typically packed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed in the evening, on weekends, or on public holidays go out the next business day.

Tracking

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. You can follow the parcel all the way to your door — no need to contact the carrier yourself.

If something goes wrong

Delays, lost parcels, or a tracking link that hasn't updated in days? Just write to us. We deal directly with the carrier on your behalf and make sure you get your order.

For damaged parcels, please take a photo before you sign for delivery (if possible) and email us as soon as you can. We'll sort out a replacement or refund — see our Returns & Refunds policy for details.

Taxes and duties

All prices on the site already include VAT for EU and EEA destinations. There are no additional customs duties or import fees within the EU/EEA — what you see at checkout is what you pay.
