Why We Made The Helping Hands Tee
The Helping Hands print is inspired by the philosophy that you must help yourself before you can help others. We all know we are living through a climate crisis, intensified by war. To help nature, we must first help ourselves — only then can we create a planet that sustains us all.
Using traditional linoleum printmaking techniques, artist and our Creative Director, Mikkel Fangel Poulsen, has created a unique artwork for our T-shirt prints.

The Helping Hands Print
The Helping Hands print began with a simple question: How can we help the planet if we cannot take care of ourselves?
To bring this thought to life, our Creative Director, Mikkel Fangel Poulsen, used the traditional technique of linoleum printmaking. Carved and printed by hand, the artwork carries a raw authenticity - reminding us that by taking responsibility, we can make a difference for each other and the planet.

Our screen-printed designs are brought to life using ALGAE INK™ from Living Ink Technologies—a revolutionary, water-based ink colored with Algae Black™, a pigment derived from renewable algae biomass. This innovative process replaces petroleum-based carbon black and sequesters more carbon dioxide than it emits.
ALGAE INK™ is OEKO-TEX certified and free from PVC and phthalates, offering a cleaner, safer choice for both people and the planet. It delivers rich, high-opacity black prints with a soft hand feel and excellent wash durability.
